Parts
- Immediate availability at your dealer or in our warehouse and same day shipping from the factory are the standard
- Our factory and dealer margins smaller so you can save 10-50% for comparable parts from other manufacturers
- Common parts like fittings, hoses, filters and electrical plugs are widely available – Parker and Donaldson filters, Gates and Parker fittings/hoses, Deutsch electrical plugs
Service
- Our expanding dealer network provides service in several areas
- IQAN advanced diagnostics – it's easy to use and in most cases cuts out a lot of diagnostic time which gets you up and running quicker
- Remote diagnostics by Exodus factory personnel is available during business hours
- Exodus field service technicians and engineers will perform onsite diagnostics and repairs as requested
- In areas where an Exodus dealer has not been selected you may select a local service provider and we will create a service partnership for repairs
- John Deere, Bosch Rexroth and Parker have extensive service and parts network to provide back-up support
- Technical resources continue for the life of the machine
- We are committed to doing the right thing and building long term relationships with our customers
Warranty
- 2 year 4000 hour full machine warranty, whichever comes first
- Extended warranty plans available
